Wade In The Numbers: Miami Heat’s “Road” To A Championship

The Miami Heat are poised to make another championship run and many expect them to win multiple titles.  The numbers that matter are supposedly the box score and the needed amount of  victories to “win it all”.

When we look at the new royal trio of the NBA, we see that  “numbers” matter, beginning with their jerseys. When we dig a little deeper  and go beyond the number each player is wearing, we will also observe the signature of “chemistry” that is often cited as a neccessary ingredient for a championship team. The catch phrase for this Miami Heat team is “The road to the Championship” as we will see when we “put it all together”.

There are other elements at play for the Miami Heat which may affect their ability to win a title.  Consider the fact that they beat the Dallas Mavericks in 2006 to win their title and now they have Chris Bosh on their team, who is originally from Dallas, Texas.

In that title run, they surrounded Wade with established players such as Alonzo Mourning, Shaquille O’Neal and Gary Payton.  Now Wade has on his team, the aforementioned Chris Bosh and Lebron James.

The year was 2006, which gives us the number 8: 2+0+0+6=8.  8 is a multiple of 4 and the next basketball championship will be played in 2011, which equals a 4 year: 2+0+1+1=4.

 What can this all mean?

A brief examination of the name and birthdate of each player via numerology we give us some information to begin our analysis:

1

The presence of the number 1 is clearly seen when we add the numbers of the jerseys that will be worn by Wade, Bosh and James. Wade’s is 3, Bosh is 1 and James is 6: 1+3+6=10=1+0=1.  To be “1” indicates giving up of one self for the unit and the combined sum of their jerseys communicates the steps they will and have taken to play together.

To be “1” is indicative of not only “togetherness”, “unity” and “selflessness” but also “sacrifice”. The astrological signs of the three players mystically symbolizes the “sacrifice” needed to be “1”.  Wade and James are both Capricorns while Bosh is a Taurus under the tropical astrology system. The astrological symbol for Capricorns is the goat and for Taurus it is the bull.

Thus we have two goats and a bull.  We find reference to two goats and a bull in the high holy day of Yom Kippur also known as the “Day of Atonement”.  Bosh and James in many ways are attempting to “atone” for not winning a NBA championship during their careers. They have provided the necessary sacrifice  of their egos by accepting contracts that will allow the Miami Heat organization to pay other players to assist them in the quest for a championship.

The willingness and desire to undergo atonement brings us back to “1”.  “Atonement” properly understood is “At-One-Ment”.

 4

Wade is very comfortable with the number 4. The number 4 is the sum total of his full name. Wade’s current love interest Gabrielle Union was born on October 29, 1972, which gives us the number 4: 10+2+9+1+9+7+2=40=4+0=4. Bosh, who officially agreed to join Miami before Lebron James, birthdate gives us the sum of 4: 3+24+1+9+8+4=49=4+9=13=1+3=4.

The number four speaks to “foundation”, “order” and “structure”.

7

The sum of Lebron’s full name gives us the sum of 7. The number 7 siginifies completion as in the act of creation, when “the world was created in seven days” and on the 7th day “the Lord rested”. The Miami Heat “rested” once they were able to secure the services of Lebron i.e. “it is done”.  The dust didn’t settle with 2010’s free agency until the 7th month of the year, which is July. The frenzy did not subside (rest) until James announced his “Decision”.

The combined value of the sum of all three’s birthdates gives us 7: Wade=11 + Bosh=4 + James=1= 11+4+1=16=1+6=7.

Road To A Championship

The basic numbers garnered from the trio’s sum of their full name and birthdate provides coded references to the symbol of the “road”.

When we take the sum of Wade’s birthdate which is “11” and Bosh’s birthdate sum which is “4” we get “114”. “114” refers to several highways in Canada, Texas and Florida. In Florida  the “114” is:

“State Road 114 a road in Downtown Jacksonville. It is 21 blocks long and has the given name of 8th Street for its length. It starts at the intersection Myrtle Street and 8th Street, heading east on 8th Street, with an interchange with Interstate 95/State Road 9, followed by the Shands Hospital. It continues east with intersections with State Road 5 and N. Main Street U.S. Highway 17 before ending at the Haines Street Expressway.”

When you take Bosh’s birthdate sum, which is 4 and James’ sum which is 1, we get “41”.  In Florida there is Route 41:

“U.S. Route 41 is a north–south United States Highway that runs from Miami, Florida to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Until 1949, the part in southern Florida, from Naples to Miami, was U.S. Route 94, which presently has the hidden designation of State Road 90 in addition to its signed number, U.S. 41.”

“41” also refers to:

“State Road 41, not to be confused with U.S. Route 41 is the secret designation for U.S. Route 301 between Temple Terrace and Zephyrhills, Florida. It is known as Fort King Highway in Hillsborough County, and Fort King Road in Pasco County.”

When we take the sum total of Wade’s full name, Bosh’s and James birthdate we get “441”.  “441” in Florida refers to:

“U.S. Route 441 is a spur route of U.S. Route 41. It currently runs for 939 miles (1,511 km) from U.S. Route 41 in Miami, Florida to U.S. Route 25W in Lake City, Tennessee. Between its termini, US 441 passes through the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. The route acts as a connector between numerous major urban areas, including Miami, Orlando, Ocala, Gainesville, Athens and Knoxville. It also crosses the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where it meets the southwestern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and where no trucks or other commercial traffic are allowed.”

The other reference to “the road” symbol is the position order that the trio took their picture  to introduce themselves as the new Miami Heat team. According to various media reports, Wade placed himself in the middle due to him being the least tallest of the three.  With Bosh on one side with his “1” jersey on, followed by Wade in the middle with his “3” jersey proceeded by James wearing “6”.  Thus we get “136”.  In Florida “136” refers to:

“State Road 136 is an east–west route in Suwannee, Columbia and Hamilton Counties, from US 129 in Live Oak to US 41 in White Springs.”

The number “136” is also a religious reference found in the Bible in the book of John: 1:36:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Summary

The union of Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Lebron James is deeply drenched in symbolism. We first witness the symbolism, with their jerseys. Wade’s number 3, Bosh’s 1 which was a change from his original number 4 and James’ number 6 when added together is equal to “1”: 3+6+1=10=1+0=1.

The appearance of the number 1 value from the sum of the three indicates the commitment they have made to work together to win a championship. This coming together as “one” is reflective of the process and principles of sharing, selflessness and sacrifice.

The astrological symbols for each of their signs under the tropical astrology system gives us another reference to them becoming “1”.  Wade and James are both Capricorns and their symbol is the goat, Bosh a Taurus has the bull as his astrological symbol.

Two goats and a bull is a mystic coded reference to the Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur. Both Bosh and more so Lebron James have to atone for not winning a NBA title as of yet. The sacrifice they offer is their ego and other related self-serving drives.  By doing so they reflect the number “1” seen with the combined value of the numbers on their jerseys for they have performed “At-One-Ment”.

There are within their birthdates and full names numerical references to “the road” or literally “highway”. The focus of them to work as “1”, makes them ready to travel “the road” together. It is almost as if they were “born” and “named” to take this journey together.
